Our experience in building construction and remedial building works, together with relevant licenses, Membership, and contribution to the Australian Society of Building Consultants, insurances, legal, and property qualifications - enable us to provide the information you need while satisfying Australian Standards for visual Building Reports and Visual Timber Pest Reports.

Principal Chris Dyce has held the position of President of the “Australian Society of Building Consultants 2015-2017” and is a licenced builder with over 35 years specialising in residential construction, renovation, and consulting. He is highly qualified to provide your visual building inspection and report.

Chris has extensive knowledge and expertise in older style properties including Terrace Houses, Federation and Post-war construction. He has been featured in publications including The Sydney Morning Herald and The Australian Newspapers for his sage analysis of building issues.
